Apotekarnes Julmust

My lovely Swedish friend, Johan, treated me to a bottle of Swedish Christmas cola called Apotekarnes Julmust.  (JUL "Christmas" and MUST "juice").  The soft drink is very very popular among almost every Swede, and is consumed mainly around Christmas.  During the rest of the year it is hard to find in stores.  In Sweden, julmust outsells Coca-Cola during the Christmas season; in fact, the consumption of Coca-Cola drops by as much as 50%! 

It was created in 1910  as a non-alcoholic alternative to beer.  The syrup is still made exclusively in Örebro, Sweden.
